As soon as you have received your 'dispatch confirmation' email with your tracking number, you will know that it has left our store on this date. With this tracking number you will be able to track your package.

You do not need to create an account to place an order. However when registering an account you will not have to fill in your address details in the future and you will always be able to check your order history as well as your current order process. Furthermore, pl-line works with a points system for returning customers. For each €20,00 spent by returning customers, they'll earn 1 point, if customers reach the amount of 50 points, pl-line will reward the customer with a voucher worth €50,00. These points run parralel with the in-store purchases.

We gladly will refund you any purchase made within 14 working days from receipt. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below:

We will refund any costs that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, this will not apply if the items have been worn or washed. In this case we reserve the right to return the goods to the customer at their own cost.

Pl-line is not responsible for the shipping of the returned products nor the costs thereof. We recommend that you always send the returns by registered mail.

If we receive the product in good order, a refund will be granted within 5 business days. You will always receive email about this. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days after receipt of the refund confirmation via mail.

Orders placed before 1pm monday to friday will be shipped the same day. If you place an order with us during the weekend, it will be shipped this monday. Ups collects our packages every working day before closing. If no shipping status yet available, please try again later. This does not mean that your order was not shipped unless otherwise communicated. Ups does everything they can to update the shipping status of each package as quickly and carefully as possible.

We ship worldwide and use the service of UPS. Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process. For orders outside the EU taxes and duties can be charged for the buyer.
Secure payment environment
All payments are transferred by pl-line to multisafepay. Multisafepay is a payment provider that provides the customer with a secure payment environment to check out orders easily and trusted. Your data will not be visible to pl-line and fully protected. Multisafepay offers different payment methods such as: ideal, paypal, visa, bancontact / mister cash, mastercard, maestro and more. Dutch customer: as a dutch customer you best choose ideal. By indicating you want to pay with ideal, you will be related to the even secure payment environment of your own bank after choosing your bank. Here you must complete payment using the known internet banking. Belgian customer: belgian customers can use the confidential payment method bancontact / mistercash, similar to the dutch ideal. Therefore, similar explanation. By indicating that you want to pay with bancontact, you will be directed to the also secure payment environment of your own bank after choosing your bank. Here you must complete payment using the known internet banking.
Other payment methods
Paypal: paypal is a secure way to make payments online without sharing data. This because paypal requests for linking a bank account or credit card when creating a paypal account. Log in with this account and pay within a few clicks. Credit cards: with any credit card, you must enter the 13 to 16 digit code as well as the name, expiry date and the cvv or validation code. This stands on the back of the credit card. Depending on the issuer of this credit card, you may still need to use your reader.
